Bro means a lot to Dave
Yeah, so, sometimes Dave and Bro fight, and they argue and call each others names and all that shit, but that’s just sibling rivalry. I figure everyone already knows this, but it’s relevant to how I roleplay so I’m putting it on anyways. Bro really means a hell of a lot to Dave, and he will admit every once in a while. He is a seriously awesome brother, I mean come on.
Dave can dance
I mean not like Micheal fucking Jackson, but Bro taught him a few moves should he end up in the club someday or some shit. What’s a Strider without any sick moves? Not any Strider I’ve ever heard met.
Dave only raps if you really push him to
Dave can lay down some sick fires. And everyone knows it. So if everyone knows it, why do it constantly? Only unless someone really tries to get some rhymes outta him is it gonna happen.
The first time Dave cried
This is no light topic for Dave because it’s so ridiculously un-cool that he hates telling anyone that it happened. So Bro usually talks about it instead. The first time Dave cried was when he brought home a hand full of stray kittens he found. He asked Bro if he could keep them, but Bro threw them out the window. No joke, he actually did that. He then quickly shoved a smuppet into Dave’s small hands and a tear shed.
“Strider Charm”
When talking about himself or Bro, Dave often brings up the ‘Strider Charm’ that both of them have. It’s just an aura around the two that only a Strider could posses. It isn’t always known if this is good or bad.
Saying “ain’t”
Dave will only say “ain’t” if he’s really starting to get his mojo on with defending or pestering. He tries to avoid saying it, but when his mind spits out insults or rhymes, he can’t help what his fingers type.
Dave is a skateboarding master
Motherfucker knows exactly what he’s doing. He’s learned from the best, and through hours of practice has become one of the best skateboarders ever. But, of course, he wants to stay “cool” and not become an “attention whore”, so he never flaunts it. So, the general public isn’t normally aware of his skateboarding prowess.
Dave is easy to fluster if you know how to do it
Give him a random kiss and find out. Works for either gender ;) [don’t tell him I’m telling you guys this]
The “Suess Man”
Not really important or noticeable, but Dave never calls Dr. Suess “Dr. Suess”. he always calls him the “Suess Man”. He isn’t sure why he calls him that, or where he got the idea from, but that’s just what he calls him. He holds a secret, but firm respect for him, since he likes the fact his books rhyme and he likes the drawings.
Dave eats better with chopsticks
To the common passerby or unobservant chum, Dave seems pretty cool with a fork. However, if one really examines his fingering, you can faintly tell he’s holding the fork awkwardly. Dave was raised by a very “cultural” Bro, so he was always taught to eat with chopsticks. He grew up eating with them. Then one day he was just given a fork and was left to fend for himself. If one really looks at his positioning, there’s a chance you’ll notice he’s holding the fork as if it was the top stick of the pair. This is much more noticeable when he has to cut things with a knife and fork.
Really drunk, or really tired
When Dave is drunk, or really, really tired, he can be one of two things:
He can either be the biggest asshole you ever know, as if his heart was sucked out and replaced with a black hole, or he can be the kindest, sweetest person in the whole universe. Like his very soul was made of the fuzziest kittens. Otherwise he’s his usual cool self.
Dave loves hair
Especially soft, long hair. This means he really loves girls’ hair, and whenever he gets the chance he’ll try and touch it. Even if it’s a guy’s hair, he’ll still try and touch it. He just loves soft hair that he can stroke.
Dave is left handed
Apparently this is canon but I just felt that I should make it clear.
